1. Who we are

The website is operated by AXIA Energy. Contact: info@axiaenergy.gr.

2. What we do — and what we do not do

AXIA Energy is an energy advisor. We analyse your bills and consumption, compare electricity and natural gas tariffs from suppliers in the Greek market and present you with proposals. If you choose to, we support you through the supplier-switching process.

  • We are not an electricity or natural gas supplier and we do not hold a supply licence from the Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy and Water (RAAEY).
  • No energy supply contract is concluded through this website. A supply contract is always concluded between you and the supplier, under the supplier's own terms, which you should read.
  • Our proposals are based on the information you give us and on the suppliers' published tariffs at the time of the analysis. The final decision is yours.
  • We do not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

3. Free analysis and our remuneration

Our analysis and proposal are provided free of charge and without obligation. No payment is made through the website and you are never asked for card or bank details.

For transparency: we may receive remuneration from energy suppliers or from our partners for contracts concluded through our intermediation. That remuneration is not charged to you by us. If a paid service is ever agreed with you, this will be done in a separate written agreement describing the cost and terms before you take on any obligation.

4. No savings guarantee

The amount you may save depends on your consumption, the suppliers' tariffs, regulated charges and market conditions, all of which change. Any reference to savings is an indicative estimate, not a guarantee of results. Prices shown in a proposal apply at the time of the analysis and may be changed by the supplier.

5. Website information and third-party trademarks

The content of the website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date without guaranteeing its completeness, and we may change it without notice.

The names and marks of energy suppliers mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. They are referred to solely to identify the tariffs we compare and do not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by those suppliers unless expressly stated.

6. Your obligations

  • You provide true and current information and submit requests only on your own behalf or with authorisation.
  • You do not use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others, do not attempt unauthorised access, do not submit automated or bulk requests and do not interfere with its operation.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, logo, graphics, design, code) belongs to AXIA Energy or its licensors and is protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 and trademark law. Viewing and printing for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example suppliers or authorities). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their privacy practices.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, decisions you take on the basis of indicative estimates, acts or omissions of energy suppliers, or temporary unavailability of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law (Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force).

10. Consumer rights — withdrawal and refunds

The free analysis creates no financial obligation; you can stop the process at any time with a simple message. Because no payments are made through the website, no refund question arises.

If in the future a paid service contract is concluded with you at a distance (for example by phone or online), as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving reasons, in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994. The withdrawal and any refund terms will be described in that specific agreement before it is concluded.

For the supply contract with the supplier, the rights provided by the Electricity Supply Code apply and the supplier must inform you about them.

11. Partners

The “partner interest” form is a simple expression of interest. Submitting it does not create a partnership or any right to remuneration. The terms of any partnership (scope, remuneration, data protection) are agreed separately and in writing.

12. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

13. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. Changes affecting an existing engagement do not apply retroactively without informing you.

14. Governing law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute we first seek an amicable solution: write to us at info@axiaenergy.gr.

If you are a consumer, you may also refer the matter for out-of-court resolution to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (144 Alexandras Ave., 114 71 Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 6460862, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent authority for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. For disputes with an energy supplier, RAAEY (www.rae.gr) is also competent.

The courts of the company's seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the provisions allowing a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

15. Language

These terms are drawn up in Greek. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Greek text prevails.
