Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar storage technologies our website uses, for what purpose, and how you can control them. It applies together with the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include the browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage). They enable basic functions, remember your preferences or measure traffic.
Under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and the guidance of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, non-essential cookies are placed only with your consent.
2. How we ask for your consent
On your first visit a choice dialog appears. “Essential only” is as easy to choose as “Accept all”, and no category is pre-selected. Until you choose, no statistics or marketing cookie is loaded.
Your choice is stored for 12 months. You can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If the way we use cookies changes materially, we will ask you again.
3. Which cookies and technologies we use
Essential (no consent required):

Google Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode v2: before consent it does not load at all and no request is sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. More on how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Marketing: we currently use no advertising or retargeting cookies. If any are added in the future, separate consent will be requested.
4. How to change or remove cookies
- On the website: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent for statistics, the Google cookies are deleted and measurement stops.
- In your browser: every browser lets you view, delete or block cookies in its settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
- For Google Analytics specifically: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
