• Semantic HTML with a correct heading hierarchy and landmarks (navigation, main content, footer).
• Full keyboard operation: a “Skip to content” link, a visible focus indicator on every element, and forms and menus that work without a mouse.
• Forms with explicit labels, clear error messages linked to their field, and automatic focus on the first error.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface elements, in both the light and dark themes.
• Respect for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting: all animation is disabled.
• Alternative text on every image that conveys information, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Declared language for every page and for every foreign-language part.
